Three facilities in California are the latest to select Novarad's PACS and RIS technologies.

Three facilities in California are the latest to select Novarad's PACS and RIS technologies. The facilities include:

• Southern Inyo Hospital, in Lone Pine, purchased NovaPACS
• Corcoran District Hospital, in Corcoran, purchased NovaPACS
• John C. Fremont Healthcare District, providing hospital, clinic, home health and hospice services in Mariposa, purchased NovaRIS

"These facilities all had well-defined, long-term technology plans and required solutions that were robust, flexible and could scale to meet future needs," said Paul Shumway, Novarad Corporation vice president. NovaRIS is developed on the same platform as NovaPACS. Together, the systems enable fast retrieval of images and information from any web-enabled computer.
