Novarad's NovaRIS receives the highest overall performance score in the RIS community hospital market segment of the 2009 KLAS "The Revival of RIS" report. Novarad NovaRIS was the highest ranked Community RIS in the following categories:
- Product has needed functionality
- Proactive service
- Supports integration goals
- Tied for highest ranked product for telephone/web support
