NovaPACS is Novarad's complete, enterprise-level PACS offering fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with intuitive interface, and seven-year on-site archive with off site emergency back up. Full screen viewing, easy to use menus and mouse-based functions are available to help enhance efficiency and referring physicians have complete access to images and reports from any computer.
NovaRIS is Novarad's Web-based, open standards RIS that generates reports, analyzes exams, measures profitability and facilitates paperless management of patient records. NovaRIS is developed on the same platform as NovaPACS. Together, the systems enable fast retrieval of images and information from any web-enabled computer.
"Hospitals of all sizes are seeking technologies that will help enhance operational efficiency by improving study turnaround time, patient tracking and result reporting," said Paul Shumway, Novarad Corporation vice president. "Our systems are designed with the flexibility to configure to the unique needs of each facility, from the smallest rural hospital to large multi-system hospital networks. We are looking forward to working with Walthall and contributing to its continued tradition of providing superior patient care to the community it serves."
