Anna Theriault will oversee the development and management of key strategic partner alliances to ensure overall alignment to corporate objectives, and co-lead Orion Health's global EHR efforts.
Orion Health, Inc., a market leader in providing clinical workflow and integration technology for electronic health record (EHR) solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Theriault as its Vice President of Alliances for Orion Health North American and Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Ms. Theriault will oversee the development and management of key strategic partner alliances to ensure overall alignment to corporate objectives. In addition, she is co-leading Orion Health's global EHR efforts with Orion Health's President of North American Operations and EMEA, Paul Viskovich.
Mr. Viskovich notes the company is already providing EHR solutions for public and private organizations in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East regions. As interest in EHR programs increases, organizations are looking for examples of proven solutions with a high return on investment and physician adoption.
Mr. Viskovich says, "Anna Theriault has extensive international healthcare experience and networks in almost all European countries. She understands how to work with the kind of companies we are partnering with on a regular basis to provide these solutions."
"In addition to private hospitals and clinics, Orion Health works directly with governments, public health ministers, and other publicly funded groups. Ms. Theriault's substantial and relevant background in government business and IT strategies, interoperability, process integration, and EHR solutions is a strategic addition to the company and we're very pleased to have her on board."
Most recently, Ms. Theriault was the Healthcare Services Sales Lead for Cisco in the US and Canada. Over her nine years with Oracle®, she had many leadership roles in development, marketing and sales of healthcare solutions including serving as Oracle's Director of Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Business Development in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Ms. Theriault is the second senior management hire for Orion Health this year, after Stacey M. Cannon joined the company as Chief Legal Counsel in February 2009.
