PACSGEAR Expansion Supports EMEAR-Based PACS/EHR Customers

PACSGEAR, the leading provider of document and multimedia connectivity solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities announced the expansion of its European Office, located in Munich, Germany. The new office supports PACSGEAR’s continued growth in the EMEAR region, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia.

This expanded office was opened by Managing Director, Michael Schmidt. “PACSGEAR’s EMEAR-based customers will benefit from the improved responsiveness afforded by our larger space. Sales, manufacturing and support operations can now be performed locally.” Schmidt adds, “We are pleased with our progress in the region.”

PACSGEAR is relocating to Munich’s high-tech campus, Neue Balan, less than one year after its European debut in 2008. The campus’ environmentally friendly, green architecture is in accord with the company’s philosophy of eliminating paper from the healthcare process.
