Aurora Health Care, a not-for-profit health care provider and a national leader in efforts to improve the quality of health care, has implemented Parascript’s FormXtra Enterprise form processing software. The technology has enabled Aurora Health Care to automatically process 100,000 flu consent forms from October 1st through December 1st with recognition rates of over 80 percent. The health care provider saved $25,000 in the first year after the initial investment.

Aurora Health Care receives approximately 100,000 flu consent forms every season. The forms contain diverse field types such as voucher number, first and last names, address, date of birth, and several check boxes, among others.
