HCA International recognized for using PatientKeeper 's Physician Portal

PatientKeeper , Inc., the leading provider of Physician Information Technology, announced that its customer, HCA International, has won the 2009 Innovation Award from Laing & Buisson. Laing & Buisson is the leading provider of authoritative data, statistics, analysis and market intelligence on UK health. This award recognizes cutting-edge advancements in providing independent health care. HCA International cited PatientKeeper’s innovation in providing rapid access to patient care data via a single interface.

HCA International is based in the United Kingdom and operates six world-class hospitals and four outpatient treatment centers in London. HCA has currently implemented the PatientKeeper Physician Portal to consultants at all of its hospitals and plans to expand in the upcoming year.

The PatientKeeper Physician Portal is the single access point for PatientKeeper applications, uniting information from across the healthcare community.  With the PatientKeeper Portal, physicians no longer need to learn and navigate multiple hospital systems.
