Touch panel industry leader to supply touch panels for next generation patient monitoring device

Philips Healthcare division announced that Ocular LCD, Inc., an industry leader in projected capacitive (PCAP) touch technology, will provide the touch panel assemblies for Philips' next generation patient monitoring device. Phillips will incorporate PCAP user interface panels, designed and manufactured by Ocular, as well as utilize additional enhancements and customization services that Ocular provides.

Philips healthcare activities date back to 1895 and they have been improving patients' quality of life ever since. With their main focus on people, both patients and health care providers, Philips is constantly looking for innovative solutions to develop tools that deliver value throughout the entire healthcare cycle.
