Platinum Medical Imaging opens, 25,000 square foot factory fully equipped for CT and MRI refurbishment

Platinum Medical Imaging has recently completed the construction of a new 25,000 square foot warehouse on the west coast.  Sitting on an acre of land in Northern California, this facility will be the new western headquarters for CT and MRI systems, service, parts, and support.

The refurbishment area of the facility is made with an epoxy floor, compressed air jacks, a dedicated paint/prep room with full size spray booth, a finished goods room, 4 lead lined refurbishment staging bays complete with an overhead mezzanine.  The entire factory is wired for 480v for the staging of CT and MRI equipment.

In the two story executive area, there are 2 conference rooms, 7 executive size offices, a break room, a computer room, 3 bathrooms, a copy room, and a reception area.  There are wooden and glass doors and carpeting throughout the building, with the exception of the reception and bathroom areas where there is stone flooring.

The entire Platinum Medical Imaging factory is insulated, framed, sheet rocked, and painted. The ceiling is insulated as well, and the staging bays have their own unique, dedicated environmental system for staging the equipment.  All of this result in a climate controlled warehouse which enables Platinum to maintain the integrity of the in house inventory so that customers receive the highest quality parts and systems.

Platinum maintains a full stock of both CT and MRI parts.  This inventory is housed in an extra 5,000sqft of warehouse space.  With 5 rollup doors in the back of the warehouse, Platinum can easily send and receive shipments.
