Avoyelles Open MRI, Marksville, La., is the latest imaging center to select NovaRad's NovaPACS. This latest installation brings NovaRad's total installations throughout Louisiana to 19.
One of the key factors that contributed to the decision was a quick installation timeframe. NovaPACS can be installed and live, with training of all necessary staff completed, within four weeks.
"We understand there is an expectation for increasingly fast installation timeframes to help minimize downtime," said Paul Shumway, vice president at NovaRad. "To ensure a fast-tracked installation, we follow a four-step process for a seamless and quick process. Additionally, because NovaPACS is so easy and intuitive to use, radiologists are comfortable using the system in just hours."
