Intuitive Imaging highlights new products at RSNA 2007
| Medical Conferences News - RSNA 2008 |
Intuitive Imaging Informatics, LLC (I3), of Los Angeles, CA, will feature many new developments encompassing both its Rational Imaging PACS as well as the ImageQube Web-based PACS at the RSNA 2007 conference. I3 will be showcasing the new functionalities in booth #3965.
Rational Imaging pioneered the use of Custom Hanging Protocols. The ImageQube has improved these Custom Protocols using 'one-click' layouts. The ImageQube has also advanced with the addition of a fully-automated, personal DVD/CD burner capability, providing exams, reports and key image displays of both primary and rendered data (PET Fusion), for Windows users.
New developments for Rational Imaging include the expansion of PET Fusion with the ability to facilitate workflow by doing full-body MIPs and Volume ROI; efficient memory management now allows the simultaneous display of comparison exams for ease of including available priors, as well as saving annotations. Mammography reading has been improved with the development of MG Overlays and Presentation State, to better harness data from digital Mammo scanners, as well as MG Scoring. MR Angio has been enhanced with the addition of MIP. Additional templates have also been developed for Orthopedic practices.
Flexibility is furthered still by new exam assignment and Custom Auto-Load Worklist efficiencies, giving physicians a more focused personal perspective. Ease of logging in to diverse applications is made possible with Single Sign-On, now available through Intuitive's 'Unison' application. And, newly completed development provides state-of-the-art support for the release of Solaris 10, coinciding with an improved GUI which is both more visible and easier to use.
Archive compression will be introduced at the Intelli-NAS level, providing economies in expanded storage capacity for both online and farline spinning disc storage, joining the existing compression at the Jukebox level. This continues I3's ability to offer among the most affordable storage costs on a per exam basis in the business.
Auto-diagnostics have been further improved; alerting Intuitive Imaging's support staff to any potential on-site difficulties, so corrective action can be taken, often before the site is even aware of any problem.
Rational Imaging reading stations have always been multi-modality. These new functionalities give Rational Imaging the ability to now more efficiently read any modality, and enhance the use of PET Fusion, MIP, MPR, Hi-Res (MG) and CLAHE image filters, on a single workstation.
Intuitive Imaging Informatics' Rational Imaging PACS and ImageQube have FDA 510(k) clearance, and meet all standards compliance requirements, including HIPAA, DICOM, IHE, HL7 and SQL. I3's technologies are found in nearly 300 facilities nationwide.
