Radiological Society of North America ( RSNA-2010 ) 96th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting will take place from November 28 – December 3, 2010 (exhibition Nov. 28–Dec. 2) at McCormick Place Convention Center.

In this economy, RSNA understands the concerns regarding costs.  There will be reduction in exhibit expenses for the upcoming RSNA-2010 annual meeting.  And in 2010, RSNA will again be holding its exhibit rates at $31.50 per square foot.  This is the same rate as in 2008 & 2009.

RSNA has negotiated with Freeman (official general contractor) a 5% reduction in material handling fees and display labor rates.  In addition, the other trades managed by Freeman have agreed to freeze their labor rates in 2010 despite an increase to their wage.

Majority of the 79 hotels participating in the RSNA block are offering reduced rates from 2009.

Close to 60,000 medical and science professionals from around the globe are expected to attend RSNA-2010 . With more than 300 refresher courses and several thousand scientific papers, scientific posters and education exhibits, the annual meeting offers an unparalleled educational opportunity. In addition, more than 700 technical exhibitors will display state-of-the-art technology and the latest radiology products and services.
