| Medical Conferences News - RSNA 2011 |
Quest International , Inc., a leading global supplier of imaging display technologies and information technology solutions, announced the release of the AlphaView® AVC2F1P, a wirelessly-enabled color LCD display for surgical, OR, ER and other healthcare environments where viewability, mobility and flexibility are essential.
The AVC2F1P is a 24 inch diagonal, 2-megapixel (MP) surgical-grade LCD.
Key to the AVC2F1P is its wireless functionality. The 24 inch color display is pre-configured with a 60Hz High Definition video receiver and transmitter, allowing picture-perfect wireless reception up to 10 meters from the video source.
"We're seeing widespread acceptance of wireless technologies in surgical settings, and the AlphaView AVC2F1P fits seamlessly into these environments," said Shawn Arshadi, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest International.
Supporting all accepted video formats, the AlphaView wireless video system can transmit the video signal from any surgical camera or existing monitor that supports a video output. "With the AlphaView wireless system surgical centers can enhance their video capabilities, in terms of safety, flexibility and efficiency," Arshadi continued.
The AVC2F1P comes standard with a three-year warranty.
AlphaView offers a complete line of cost effective medical imaging, diagnostic and surgical displays available exclusively through Quest International.
Quest International also announced that the wireless AVC2F1P and the entire AlphaView LCD line will be on display at RSNA 2011, the annual conference and trade show sponsored by the Radiological Society of North America. Quest is exhibiting at RSNA in booth 8924.
