Kartal Kouyolu Cardiac Research and Educational Hospital, Turkey installed RamSoft 's PowerServer PACS

Kartal Kouyolu Cardiac Research and Educational Hospital, a Cardiac Center in Istanbul, Turkey, recently installed RamSoft's PowerServer PACS to improve the workflow for over 80 physicians who previously relied upon one workstation or modality monitors to review their images. Additionally, accessing their archives proved to be a complicated and time consuming process for the physicians making it difficult for them to review their cases and complete their tasks. Improving the workflow for this active Cardiac Center with seven Catheter Labs, one CT, one MR, 6 Ultrasound and two Computed Radiography devices was of the utmost importance for this facility.

The PowerServer PACS was selected because it provided all physicians with easy access to their cases so they can review their images and dictate reports online from anywhere in the hospital or in the world. Additionally, the Hospital integrated the RamSoft PowerServer PACS with their existing HIS so physicians can have access to all related patient information.
