RamSoft Installs PowerServer RIS/PACS in Kennewick

Company News - RamSoft, Inc.

RamSoft 's PowerServer RIS/PACS is a full-featured, fully-customizable, web-based application running on a single server and database

Tri-City Radiology, a multi-modality radiology imaging center in Southeastern Washington, was eager to find the right solution to fit their environment. They were looking for a solution that could improve the referring physician experience along with providing their radiologists with Teleradiology features and improved workflow. After examining many RIS / PACS providers, they came across RamSoft 's PowerServer RIS/PACS. Impressed by its worklist driven functionality, ability to read from anywhere and platform independent referring physician portal, TCR quickly made the decision to purchase and implement.

"Within two weeks of signing the contract, RamSoft was ready to implement the PowerServer RIS/PACS and begin training. We appreciated working with a smaller company because of their attention to detail and ability to react promptly to any issues that arose. We are pleased that RamSoft's PowerServer RIS/PACS fits our workflow needs," said Lynn Bresnahan, Administrator for TCR.

PowerServer RIS / PACS is a full-featured, fully-customizable, web-based application running on a single server and database. It supports all modalities and is designed to be a complete management and diagnostic solution for busy radiology practices. The included Referring Physician Portal is a flashed-based, platform-independent program that works on any operating system wherever there is an internet connection. These features were important to TCR because they will be able to improve the day-to-day tasks of everyone involved in the scheduling, interpretation and delivery of diagnostic exams from the referring physician to the scheduler, technologist, and radiologist; ultimately improving the patient experience.
