SDI Diagnostic Imaging;acquired a full service, teleradiology provider offering 24/7 final interpretation services, resulting in the formation of a new company under the SDI umbrella now known as SDI Teleradiology, Inc.

The newly formed subsidiary will provide comprehensive, day and night teleradiology services through its existing technical and operational infrastructure.

With the completion of the acquisition, former Stratus Healthcare CEO, David Six will assume the role of senior vice president of SDI Teleradiology. Both Micah Ferguson and Matt Blackburn, former vice presidents at Stratus Healthcare, will assume the roles of teleradiology directors.

SDI Diagnostic Imaging ’s management believes the acquisition of Stratus Healthcare will:

- Enable the new company to offer broad services that will focus on radiologists helping radiologists and provide superior services tailored to the needs of radiology practices of all sizes;

- Create a new kind of company dedicated to providing sub-specialized radiology coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days per week;

- Accelerate the development of teleradiology imaging and personalized medicine by more rapidly developing and bringing to market new diagnostics that will enable our customers to diagnose, treat and monitor diseases at an earlier stage than ever before;

- Expand the addressable customer base, providing significant new channels for each company's products and services.
