SIIM 2010 (Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine) annual meeting include new sessions, to be held on June 3 - 6, 2010 at Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Vendor Tie-In Applied Learning Sessions

The SIIM 2010 educational program will feature specially designed vendor tie-in sessions that invite vendor participation. Through these integrated sessions, companies will be able to contribute to discussions about current and future innovations in medical imaging informatics.

Scientific posters and demonstrations displayed in the Exhibit Hall

“Roving” scientific poster and demonstration tours will be scheduled with presenters on hand for questions and discussion, all taking place during exhibit hall hours.
 
“Shared Learning Community”

The shared learning community will be showcased in the exhibit hall and will feature the redesigned, Third Annual Open Source Plug Fest, as well as other learning labs and demonstrations. The shared learning community will also be available to exhibitors as a sponsorship opportunity to showcase your company’s tools and products.
 
Wine Tasting and Cheese Reception in the Exhibit Hall

This event is limited only by the imagination. Work with SIIM and the Minneapolis Convention Center catering staff to set up a “hors d’oeuvres station” at the booth featuring cheese, fruit, finger foods, desserts.

Innovation Theater

Exhibiting companies have the opportunity to capture an audience to launch a new product, hold a press conference, or educate meeting attendees about your product or service. Take advantage of the free marketing opportunity to highlight the company.

Networking Lounge

Attendees will find a spot right on the exhibit floor to relax, meet with colleagues, check email or have a snack. Your company can be visible in this lounge by providing snacks, sodas, or water for attendees. Direct attendees to your booth to receive a coupon for use in the Networking Lounge.

Attendees will have an unprecedented amount of dedicated time to spend in the Exhibit Hall at the SIIM 2010 meeting. Attendees will now have the opportunity to visit the exhibit hall during the following times without missing educational sessions.

Exhibitor Demo Rooms on the Show Floor

Exhibitor Demonstration Rooms are an exceptional way to present or discuss your products and service with many influential decision makers in a private setting. Each room is a 10’ x 10’ walled area for use during exhibit hall hours only. Rooms include: carpet, a lockable door, signage outside the room with company logo, and basic electricity.
