To be eligible for the Rober A. Bauman Award or a New Investigator Travel Award at SIIM 2010 , an applicant must be a student member of SIIM or affiliated with a SIIM institution member.

The Roger A. Bauman, MD, Award and cash prize for the best student paper/presentation at the SIIM 2010 Annual Meeting will be presented at the closing session. A student is defined as a medical student, resident, post doctoral fellow, undergraduate, or graduate student in a full-time training program. The applicant must be a student at the time of submission, the first author on the paper, and the presenter of the paper at the SIIM 2010 meeting to be eligible.

Poster and Demonstration Awards and Cash Prizes will be presented for the best scientific exhibits at the annual meeting at the closing session.

SIIM New Investigator Travel Awards are open to individuals with an area of study and interest in imaging informatics, who are in a full-time training program, or who have completed their training program within 2 years of the SIIM Annual Meeting.
