2010 Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine ( SIIM 2010 ) annual meeting will take place from June 3 -6, 2010 at Minneapolis, Minnesota, Minneapolis Convention Center.

At the SIIM 10 Annual Meeting, scientists, researchers, physicians, healthcare IT decision makers, PACS administrators, and vendors from around the world come together to explore the dynamic field of imaging informatics. Original scientific abstracts are encouraged from all specialties including radiology, pathology, cardiology, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology, orthopedics, veterinary medicine, and dentistry.

The SIIM10 Scientific Program represents the science at the heart of the SIIM Annual Meeting and examines the latest theories, concepts and experiments developed by those in the field of imaging informatics.

Accepted papers will be presented in scientific sessions incorporated into the SIIM 2010 learning tracks. Scientific sessions are interactive, with discussion and debate led by session co-chairs.

The scientific program also features poster and demonstration exhibits and the SIIM Research & Development Symposium, which highlights SIIM-sponsored research.

Awards include poster and demo prizes, New Investigator Travel Awards, and the Roger A. Bauman Award for the Best Student Paper.
