Campaign kicks off this week in Times Square with public service announcement aimed at reducing the stigma attached to substance abuse
In honor of Veterans Day and to kick off an effort to help de-stigmatize substance abuse, Siemens and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) are launching a public service campaign intended to remind us that "not all wounds are physical" and that "it takes the courage and strength of a warrior" to ask for help. The announcement will be broadcast for 10 days beginning on November 11 on an electronic super sign overlooking New York's Times Square.
