| Company News - Siemens Healthcare |
Siemens appointed Roger Radke as the new Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Audiologische Technik (SAT).
Roger Radke has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Audiologische Technik (SAT), a Business Unit in Siemens’ Healthcare Sector. The Sector expects this appointment to further strengthen its global hearing instrument activities, particularly since Radke boasts wide-ranging experience and an excellent network in the industry due to his previous management position in Siemens’ audiology area.
“We are very pleased to have Roger Radke – a heavyweight in the audiology industry and a top manager with a Siemens background – back on board,” said Hermann Requardt, CEO of Siemens’ Healthcare Sector. “Not only does Radke have an excellent knowledge of the business, he’s also highly respected in the industry. I’m convinced that he will expand our leading position in hearing systems even further.” From 2000 to 2004, Radke was head of SAT, which is headquartered in Erlangen, Germany, before being named CEO of Siemens Water Technologies in Warrendale, Pennsylvania (U.S.). The current CEO of SAT, Stefan Schaller, will assume new responsibilities within Siemens.
