Siemens Healthcare ’s syngo®.via imaging software wins “Best New Radiology Software” award

Siemens Healthcare ’s syngo®.via imaging software has been honored by AuntMinnie.com with the 2010 “Best New Radiology Software” Minnies Award. Now in its 11th year, the Minnies are an annual event recognizing excellence in radiology and hosted by AuntMinnie.com. Minnies candidates were nominated by AuntMinnie.com members in September. Semifinalists and finalists were then selected through a vote by AuntMinnie’s expert panel of editors and radiology professionals.

With syngo.via, Siemens Healthcare ’ new imaging software for multimodality reading of clinical cases, the company is placing special focus on reading efficiency through automated case preparation and structured case navigation across multiple specialties, including cardiology, oncology, and neurology. syngo.via enables physicians to effortlessly access state-of-the-art advanced visualization tools across the clinical spectrum, representing an important milestone toward improving workflow efficiency and diagnostic confidence levels.
