Toshiba introduces Aquilon Premium CT

Toshiba America Medical Systems have launched Aquilon Premium CT. The Aquillon Premium CT can cover upto 8cm per rotation.The Aquilon Premium CT is field-upgradeable to a 320-detector-row AquilionOne, which can cover upto16 cm in a single rotation, thus enabling future advancements according to the institutions needs.

Aquilion Premium shipments are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2009.
