Varian Medical Systems Board of Directors has set the regular 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders in Palo Alto

Varian Medical Systems announced that its Board of Directors has set the regular 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for February 11, 2010 with a record date of December 16, 2009. The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel, 4290 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, California at 4:30 p.m. PT.
