Reliable Service and Turnaround Time Earns Top Ranking for Third Consecutive Year

Virtual Radiologic ( vRad ), a national radiology practice and leader in the development of radiologist workflow technology, has been ranked the top-rated national teleradiology vendor by independent research and consulting firm KLAS. This ranking measures performance based on customer surveys and interviews conducted by KLAS and published in the organization's inaugural Teleradiology Study 2010: A Detailed Read on the Market report.

According to the report, vRad received the highest score when compared to other national teleradiology vendors with respect to service, customer loyalty, technology and consistent turnaround times. In addition to the scoring, vRad 's clients praised vRad's high-quality reports and the level of communication and access afforded by vRad to clients and emergency department physicians.
