The First and Only Advanced Visualization Company to Earn Certification

Vital Images , Inc., a leading provider of advanced visualization and analysis software, announced it has been re-certified by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) for excellence in service operations for its technical support and services in North America.

Vital Images is currently the only advanced visualization software company to earn the certification, which it first accomplished in 2009.

In addition to this re-certification by TSIA, Vital Images has been recognized by J.D. Power and Associates for providing "An Outstanding Customer Service Experience" under the J.D. Power and Associates Certified Technology Service and Support Program(SM) in 2010.

TSIA's Excellence in Service Operations is a comprehensive program developed by 50 leading technology companies and includes more than 300 best practice criteria. It involves in-depth audits of all material support functions and locations for a business.
