The World Molecular Imaging Congress 2011 ( WMIC 2011 ) Annual Congress will be held at San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, California from September 7th-10th, 2011.

The WMIC name was created in order to recognize our efforts of bringing together a truly global Program Committee composition and the diversenationalities of our attendees.

• Completed application and 50% deposit must be received for first-round space assignment consideration

APRIL 22

• Submit blueprints for approval of free-form booth designs

APRIL 29 

• Sponsorship requests due

MAY 6 

• Deadline for function space requests

MAY 13 

• Deadline for reduction/cancellation of exhibit space (partial refund)

MAY 27 

• Companies notified of sponsorship selections

JUNE 1 

• First-round space assignments made and invoices mailed 
• Deadline for electronic version of company description forprogram book. 
• Exhibitor service kit available

JUNE 30 

• Final payment for exhibit space due Payments and camera-ready artwork due for approvedsponsorships

JULY 1 

• Deadline for advertising in conference program book

JULY 15 

• EAC (Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor) authorization forms due 
• Certificates of insurance due 
• Deadline for workshop descriptions

AUGUST 5 

• Deadline for Exhibition Badge Order form 
• Deadline for final space assignments

AUGUST 13 

• Deadline for securing special conference rates at officialconference hotels 
• Deadline for workshop food and beverage orders

SEPTEMBER 6 

• Move-in starts at 08:00 and continues until 17:00

SEPTEMBER 7 

• Move-in continues at 08:00 and continues until 15:00 
• Technical Exhibits for the World Molecular ImagingCongress™ open at 17:30 for Opening Night Reception

SEPTEMBER 8 

• Technical Exhibits open at 10:00 and close at 15:30

SEPTEMBER 9 

• Technical Exhibits open at 10:00 and close at 15:30

SEPTEMBER 10 

• Technical Exhibits open at 10:00 and close at 13:00 
• Dismantle begins at 13:15 and continues through midnight
