Summary of New Features – workflowPM version 3.4

• workflowEHR Integration: The integration enables a practice's clinical and business operations to work hand-in-hand for better communication and improved accuracy.

• ERA: Automatic import of electronic remittance advice from the payor reduces the need for manual posting of claim payments and reconciling patient accounts, thereby saving our customers time and money.

• Demographic Entry: Now, when users open a patient’s account in the demographic entry screen, warnings will appear for comments, outstanding account balances, unused credits, and service limits. In addition, the screen has taken on a new look and feel to enhance the data entry process.

• Daysheet: Supervisor users will now have the ability to un-post and re-post daysheets using an effective date. Rather than using adjustments to correct data entry errors, users can simply un-post the daysheet to unlock the data, correct the errors, and re-post. It’s that simple!

• Enhanced Reporting: With more robust reporting capabilities for user productivity, the reports in workflowPM are dynamic management tools designed to help our customers analyze and assess the state of their practice.

• Improved Account Payment Process: The account payment process is now more efficient and will help decrease our customers’ data entry time. Users will be able to load charges directly from account statements. In addition, the Automatic Distribution feature will expedite payment entry.
