eRAD, an industry leader in workflow solutions through its native Web-based RIS, PACS and Teleradiology software platform announced the recent implementation of eRAD’s Integrated RIS/PACS at sister facilities Open Air MRI of Allentown in Allentown, PA and Open MRI of Phillipsburg located in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Open Air MRI of Allentown and Open MRI of Phillipsburg are independent, outpatient facilities dedicated to providing high quality, multi-modality diagnostic services in a comfortable, convenient, compassionate and friendly environment. Each site features an Open MRI that caters to the needs of claustrophobic and larger patients while producing ACR accredited images for all studies.
Joseph Galazin, Co-Owner and CEO, “After reviewing several systems available in the market, we made the decision to run our business on the eRAD platform due to the comprehensive nature of the eRAD RIS/PACS platform, workflow that was customized to meet our needs, and an extremely user friendly system.” Galazin continued, “In addition, the ability for our radiologists and referring physicians to access the system over the Web utilizing the Internet to read, view studies and reports as well as utilizing integrated voice recognition for expeditious report turnaround time, made this an easy choice.”
