Terms and Conditions

Medicexchange donates $100 to charity for each order over $1,000
  1. Medicexchange has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information herein.
  2. This promotion is open to all customers aged 18 years or over, except employees of Medicexchange PLC and the respective product manufacturer, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.
  3. For each successfully paid order on http://store.medicexchange.com over US$1,000, the customer shall nominate one charity to receive a US$100 donation from Medicexchange PLC.
  4. Charities will be limited to those that are registered as a charity and that have a medical focus. Medicexchange PLC will have the final decision in determining if a charity has a medical focus.
  5. Only one donation of US$100 will be made per order over US$1,000.
  6. The customer shall email info@medicexchange.com within 28 days of order date to nominate their registered charity or forfeit their right to nominate a charity. In such cases Medicexchange PLC will nominate a charity of their choosing.
  7. Medicexchange shall make payment by cheque to the nominated charity within 45 days.
  8. The promotion expires midnight (GMT) June 30, 2008.
  9. In the event of any dispute regarding the promotion, the decision of Medicexchange PLC shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  10. Events may occur that render the promotion itself or the awarding of the donation impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the customer agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  11. Medicexchange reserves the right to cancel, or amend the promotion, or these terms at any time without prior notice.
  12. While Medicexchange protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to pass the customers name, Medical Institution and city to the chosen charity.
