About CAM

Celerity’s CAM solution is an integrated clinical, financial and administrative system for behavioral health specialists. The solution was originally designed for chemical dependency treatment specialists and is especially strong in that market. CAM incorporates a wide range of clinical features, including customizable intake and assessment templates. Users can configure the forms to map to their historic record formats. Meanwhile, progress notes and summaries are automatically generated from data entered into forms. A set of automatic auditing tools review notes to ensure proper compliance. The system was also designed with ease-of-use in mind; for example, group notes can be entered in one screen and then assigned to individual client records. The system’s scheduling tool is robust, providing the ability to schedule multiple providers across multiple locations. The billing application supports both CMS 1500 forms and UB04 forms and can submit 837 files and 835 remittances.

"Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how things have gone. We had two technical audits as you know back in September and then February. These were said to not count toward our license and I took them as opportunities to improve the program and create a better working process. You were all wonderful in working on changing things for us and helping us in any way we requested. This lead up to the OASAS audit that happened this past week. WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE BETTER! The exit interview only had three citations! One was a type "o" in which a social security number did not match the OASAS print out. Another was the UR which upon review might be the auditors error not ours but will call on Monday to discuss with them and the last was on the discharge plan which we still do on paper. Overall NO quality indicators and three really insignificant citations. Keep in mind we do everything on the computer and do not print anything and the auditor read it in print mode on the computer. It was GREAT and I could not have asked for anything more. I am passing this on as YOU are a PART of the PROCESS and YOU should SHARE in our SUCCESS!
