ChartLogic, Inc. is a provider of electronic health record solutions that include electronic medical records, superior medical billing software, document management, and interactive patient education. An Utah based healthcare information technology provider Bradford Melis formed a company called Task Technologies to create the first product version of what later become ChartLogic EMR. As the product was refined, he sold it to many local clinics to replace their transcription and eliminate the need for paper charts. In 2003, the company name changed its name from Task Technologies to ChartLogic Inc. Today, ChartLogic, Inc. helps healthacre practices across the country to convert paper records in to digital medical practice.
