IMRIS Neuro enables both intra-operative and diagnostic services with the same MRI. IMRIS Neuro can be configured in both 2 and 3 room designs allowing the flexibility to create a customized MR solution best suited to user patient-care requirements. The versatility of IMRIS Neuro allows for multiple surgical applications including cranial, spinal and general surgery from diagnosis and pre-operative to intra- and post-operative imaging.  The system provides MR images for surgical planning and calibration of surgical navigation, including allowances for brain shift. It also provides timely information regarding quality and quantity of surgical result. For the general surgery, integrated MR System guides minimally invasive percutaneous procedures to direct surgical treatment, monitor temperature and temperature gradient, and provide the degree of ablation.
