ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. is a telecom solutions company, renders services including telecom consulting, telecom invoice management and telecom outsourcing services that helps to optimize information, productivity, and costs involving data, wireless, voice, and IP communications. ISI's products are used by law firms, accounting firms, universities and other higher education facilities, hospitality properties, government agencies, medical facilities, as well as commercial companies. ISI was initially known as Infortext Systems, Inc. which offered copy control products and in 1992, new ownership acquired the company and its name changed to ISI, Inc. In 1993, ISI acquired the Telecommunications Service Bureau (TSB), Infortel-TSB from Wiltel Communications Systems. In 2004, ISI changed its name to ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., reflecting its total solution approach to telecom cost management.
