MED3OOO, Inc. is national healthcare management and technology company which provides solutions to physician groups, provider networks, and EMS ambulance organizations. It was founded in 1987 as a practice management consulting organization and gradually transitioned and became MED3OOO, Inc. in 1995, to provide full practice management and provider network operations, including revenue cycle management of billing, collections, claims processing, and third party administration. In 2006, MED3OOO, Inc. had two acquisitions. iLIANT, Inc., a Florida based business outsourcing and management services organization serving physician practices in FL, NY, and PA; and HealthServe, a Columbus, OH based full-service practice management, technology solutions and revenue cycle management company. These acquisitions helped MED 3000, Inc to get an increased market share and to incorporate a new service offering of emergency medical services ambulance billing. In 2007, MED3OOO invested in Scottsdale-based InteGreat Concepts, Inc. which is a leading provider of browser-based electronic health record (EHR) systems for physician group practices.
