MOS Medical Billing and Collections:  We fully realize how important cash flow is to any practice; and our intention is always to make it better.  Billing and collections is multi-faceted; with many things that can impact cash flow, bottom line, etc.  We never want you to feel you lose control of this important area; so we work on your software if possible, and communicate (and report) often.

Billing can consist of the "full cycle" to include: 

• Enrolment into the billing system
• Verification
• Coding
• Filing claims
• Cash Posting
• Reconciling of Accounts
• Accounts Receivable Collections

We offer portions of this cycle; such as coding, or cash posting, verifications and authorizations, or accounts receivable.

If "old" accounts receivable are piling up, we offer "soft" collections for both insurance and private pay.  We analyze insurance rejections and re-file, we call and send letters.  We do not offer legal collections.

Each of these services can be offered as a percentage of what is collected, or we can offer you a "person" (or a fraction thereof) to work a "position" under your protocols and guidelines for productivity.  This "person" is often more economical, ask us about it.
