MrJ Open MRI Machine is based on a C shaped, ultra-compact open magnet, 0.22T. The extremely open gap (38 cm) reduces claustrophobic reactions and makes patient positioning easy and quick.  A comfortable patient table, a set of soft coils and the very quiet gradients guarantee maximum comfort, and high patient acceptance. MrJ is the ideal system for Joint imaging: shoulder, hip, knee, foot/ankle, hand/wrist, and C-spine.  The wide range of 2D and 3D sequences and imaging techniques, including over-sampling, rapid imaging, reduced echo and high resolution imaging (up to 1024 x 512), and a complete set of Multi-Phased array receiver coils, offers high image quality. A user friendly software interface includes optimized protocols for each anatomical site, and allows high flexibility in customizing clinical protocols. The MrJ is network ready for teleradiology, and is Dicom 3.0 compatible for sending images and for easy archiving on CD-ROM and printing.
