The Paratus Planning and Preparation Portal (P4™) Membership System allows for storage of important documents needed by loved ones and healthcare providers when a person cannot speak for themselves. The P4™ System uses encryption protocols to protect confidentiality so that the information is only available to the individuals specified by the member. State-specific advance directive documents can also be easily downloaded and completed.
