RIS Concepts was formed by the marketplace's need and desire for a web based, feature rich, affordable RIS solutions. Many of the clients are already PACS customers whom had received quotes for RIS but were not able to afford a RIS with web based features and proper functionality. After representing and quoting other 3rd party RIS products, they found that the pricing structure and overall features of the system could be better designed for the radiology marketplace. Working together with the client facilities assessing real world requirements, needs analysis and workflow assessment have brought about the new innovation of RIS Technology.
