How to register

In order to gain the full benefits of Medicexchange.com, you will need to register. Registration is FREE and straight forward.

  1. Click on the Register link at the top right of any page.
  2. Enter the requested information and click the 'Register Now' button.
  3. You will be sent a welcome email notifying of your login details and your registration is complete!

All of the personal information you provide will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Forgot your password?

All of your account details are password protected. By registering you agree to keep you password and account details confidential. If you have forgotten your password you can email yourself a password reminder message.

  1. Click the Login link at the top right of any page. On the page displayed there is a 'Forgot Password' link located above the Login section.
  2. Click the 'Forgot Password' link and in the 'Email' box displayed, type the email address that you used to create your Medicexchange.com login account.
  3. Click the 'Remind Me' button and an email containing your password will be automatically sent to you.
Update account / edit details

Your account details consist of your personal user information as well as your card holder and delivery details.

To edit any of this information you will need to complete the steps below:

  1. Ensure you are already logged in to Medicexchange.com
  2. Click on the My Account link at the top right of any page and click the 'View/Edit Account Details' link at the top of the page.
  3. Click the 'Edit Details' button and update the information as needed.
  4. At the end of the page click the 'Change Details' button to save the amended details.
Change your password

It is recommended that you change your password regularly to help protect your personal account details.

To change your password, follow these steps below:

  1. Make sure you are already logged in to Medicexchange.com and click the My Account link at the top right of any page.
  2. Click the 'View/Edit Account Details' link at the top of the page and then click the 'Change Password' button.
  3. Type your current password in the 'Old Password' box and enter your new password in the 'Password' box.
  4. Verify your new password in the 'Confirm Password' box and click the 'Change Details' button. Please note that your password is case-sensitive (i.e. it distinguishes between upper and lower case letters).
Unsubscribe to email

If you are a registered user and wish to subscribe or unsubscribe to our eNewsletter, specialized eBulletins or notices, you can update your mailing preferences by doing the following:

  1. Check you are already logged in and click the My Account link located on the top right corner of any page. If you have forgotten your password you can send yourself a reminder message using the 'Forgot Password' facility described above.
  2. In the 'Manage Email Subscriptions' section of the page displayed, simply click the green tick or red cross icons to subscribe or unsubscribe to the emails you wish to receive. Your changes are automatically saved.
